Fitclub’s Purpose

My goal is simple, help people solve a problem through sustainable solutions. Life’s problems come from a variety of places : self-efficacy, physical health, emotional stability, confidence, social well-being, and perseverance. Notice how these focus on things you can control. Diagnosing this problem is a key component to formulating a plan that will have exponential benefits. It will become the fuel by which you conquer the goals we set in place. Next, we will create a customized plan that will fit your lifestyle. This plan will work for anyone that has the willingness to change their lifestyle but just needs a little motivation, education, and planning. Examples include : professionals forced to work from home, pilots that travel continuously and never have a consistent routine, students bogged down with studies, or doctors consistently treating patients at the hospital. As a team we will create a plan to take a hold of your routine, take your productivity to the next level, and crush your goals. My main objective is to help you through customized or group monthly plans, monthly goal tracking, daily accountability, and education to last a lifetime.
