Watch now! During Women’s History Month, Regional One Health providers are reaching out to educate the community about important women’s health topics. Dr. Pallavi Khanna, OB/GYN and Certified Menopause Practitioner, joined FOX13 Memphis to encourage women to seek out preventative care like mammograms and Pap tests. She noted these screenings have helped reduce deaths from breast and cervical cancer and said an annual visit with your doctor is important for preventing and managing a wide variety of conditions. “Women should advocate for their health, because they are the experts on their own bodies!” she said.
