At NeuroSource,LLC we help you optimize your brain, your body, and your life. Freeing Body, Mind, Spirit and Soul is her passion.
Dr. Dale Foster’s younger brother, Dean, had Cerebral Palsy and Dale knew that, despite his struggling body, he was a bright little boy full of love and good humor. This special relationship drew Dale to study the connection between the brain and the body. With a passion to help people optimize the full potential of their brain, Dale has received the highest certifications possible in the field of Neurofeedback. Lee Ann learned how to self regulate and self heal after a history of chronic, violent childhood trauma. She reversed an autoimmune condition and loves to help people access their inner healer and inner wisdom to not only heal from their past programming, but to thrive and contribute to human evolution and the betterment of the planet. Lee Ann is a psychologist, certified epigenetic wellness coach, Heartmath provider, Psych-K facilitator, Frequency Specific Microcurrent provider, and in training to be a Licensed Massage Therapist. Dale and his wife, Lee Ann, founded NeuroSource in 2004, (formerly known as Memphis Neurofeedback). Together they have successfully helped clients who have struggled with many challenges, such as: ADD, Anxiety, Autism, Depression, Learning Disorders, PTSD, Sleep struggles, Seizure disorders, Stroke Recovery, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and more.

Researchers at the University of Basel discovered that specific wavelengths of near-infrared light stimulate retinal cell regeneration, reversing damage from macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinitis pigmentosa.
The therapy uses 670-nanometer light (invisible to humans) that penetrates the eye and energizes mitochondria in photoreceptor cells. These cells, responsible for vision, typically die off in retinal diseases. The light therapy reboots their energy production, prevents cell death, and even triggers regeneration of light-sensing proteins.
Patients undergo simple 3-minute light exposure daily using a handheld device. In trials, 68% showed measurable vision improvement within 12 weeks — reading smaller letters, seeing colors more vividly, noticing details previously invisible. One patient, legally blind from macular degeneration, regained driving vision.
This addresses diseases affecting 196 million people globally, with no current cures. The treatment has zero side effects, works at home, and costs less than $200 for the device. Swiss and EU approval finalized 2024; global availability 2025. Light literally saving sight. ✨

If you have lung disease sit under trees.
Light IS the space between light and dark. There is light or no light - dark.
Dark is the absence of light not a thing in and of itself.
You can turn on the light BUT you cannot turn on the dark.
Black is no color . . . White is all colors combined.
This differs from subtractive color mixing (e.g., paints or inks) or semiconductors where white is the absence of pigment (reflecting all light diamond) and black is the combination of pigments (absorbing all light graphene). But the original statement aligns with the common physics-based explanation of light.
Might it be how our time-chains are built?
Or... how Nature takes time away depending on the light.
Black absorbs and white spreads.
Melanin controls the spectrum.
Collagen, enamel and myelin broadcast it through the structure.
Two opposite optical jobs... one biological system.
Sequence... pause... and return.
Our biology keeps the beat...via time chains codified in DDW hydrated clock genes.

A reminder for those who treat the CDC as an objective authority:
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), while often positioned as a public health watchdog, receives significant funding from private donors, including pharmaceutical corporations with a direct financial interest in the agency’s recommendations.
This isn’t speculation, it’s a matter of public record. The CDC Foundation, a nonprofit arm of the agency, facilitates donations from industry groups, raising legitimate concerns about conflicts of interest.
This type of financial entanglement creates a bias in public health policy and medical guidance.
When regulatory bodies are influenced by the very industries they’re supposed to monitor, it compromises scientific integrity and erodes public trust.
This is not a fringe theory; it’s a documented pattern of regulatory capture, when agencies serve corporate interests over public good.
In any scientific inquiry, the credibility of a source must be weighed alongside the incentives that shape it.
And in this case, the incentives are deeply misaligned with unbiased, patient-centered care.
You cannot trust the health experts, this is why it’s so important to become your own health authority.

Dr. Dale Foster’s younger brother, Dean, had Cerebral Palsy and Dale knew that, despite his struggling body, he was a bright little boy full of love and good humor. This special relationship drew Dale to study the connection between the brain and the body.
With a passion to help people optimize the full potential of their brain, Dale became a Clinical Neuropsychologist who also holds the highest certifications possible in QEEG and the field of Neurofeedback. In addition to offering evidence based brain training services, Dr. Foster also performs Neuropsychological Evaluations and other assessments of cognitive, emotional, and psychophysiological functionality, and provides traditional psychological services.
Lee Ann Foster experienced several different challenges growing up and as an adult, found herself dealing with the effects of developmental trauma. After Lee Ann and Dale’s two daughers were born, Lee Ann began to experience emotional and health challenges related to the unresolved trauma. Counseling and talk therapy was helpful, but just to a point. What brought her true breakthrough was using the tools and technology available at NeuroSource to retrain the brain and body.
Another important factor in her healing was learning how to truly care for herself in ways that allowed her body to heal itself . Lee Ann now uses all the things she learned on her extensive healing journey to equip others who find themselves dealing with the consequences of trauma and pain so they, too, can find relief from suffering and live with purpose and joy.
Lee Ann has a Master’s Degree in Psychology, is a licensed HeartMath Coach, an Epigenetics Wellness Coach, and provides counseling/coaching and neurotherapy.
