2-Minute Chewy Coconut Pistachio Dessert
Melt marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl.
Stir in cocoa powder until smooth and chocolatey.
In a pan, lightly toast coconut flakes until golden.
Mix the toasted coconut with pistachio butter and a pinch of salt.
Combine everything together and press into a square container.
Pour a thin layer of hot chocolate over the top.
Freeze for about 20 minutes until set.
Finish:
Top with extra toasted coconut flakes and a dusting of cocoa powder. Slice and enjoy šāØ
