The State of Arkansas has chosen not to increase the Medicaid rate for the Living Choices Assisted Living Waiver. Facilities like ours are still being paid only $86.73 per resident, per day to provide 24-hour care, meals, medications, supplies, staffing, electricity, soap, toilet paper – everything.

DHS is accepting public comments until November 22, 2025, and we need every voice we can get. Please see QR code below in comments to help voice your opinion and help Peachtree and our residents that reside there💕

The residents of Peachtree had a SPOOKY good time with Halloween! Thank you to the staff for decorating the building! Thank you to our wonderful community for donating candy! Thank you to the parents that brought their kiddos to the facility! The residents had so much fun handing out candy and seeing all of the kids costumes!
