Hi everyone, in consideration of the current pandemic, I am suspending my massage services until further notice. In the meantime, I encourage everyone to engage in personal relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing, stretching, self massage using foam rollers, tennis balls, or other items, and my favorite, hot Epsom salt baths. Wash your hands, drink lots of water and eat healthy foods. Let's hope we can flatten the curve and that more folks stay healthy than not. Y'all take care of yourselves, and I'll catch you on the flipside.
