Moving forward, if you visit your Dr for annual
visit and they escribe all medications we will put on file unless you request otherwise. Multiple times we have filled everything sent in only
to be told after the fact “well all i really needed right now is my thyroid, etc.” This
will help us with inventory control, and reduce clutter/multiple Rx bags etc not being picked up. Thx in advance for your patience and understanding 🇺🇸

Appreciate everyones patience..
As anticipated with any new software, couple of issues that we are working diligently to correct.
1) We will have a new IVR answering service by end of first week August 🤞 meanwhile continue to leave Rx refills, messages on answering machine. Call ahead at least 24-48 hours, you wouldn’t believe the number of messages I have to sort thru..some are quite entertaining to say the least
2) we will have a new company that will accept the health savings plan transactions in 4-6 weeks. No earthly idea why it would take that long

We check our voice messages all thru the day. Please leave your Rx or whatever message on the voice mail. Until our new automated IVR system is set up, this is really our only way to record messages. Leave your name, dob and phone number so we can call you back if we have any questions

Rx365 is the new app we will be using. Download it for your Rx refills. Now y’all know how busy we are and I see there’s a lil
chat button as if we have time to chat. I wouldn’t rely on that chat button
