A registered dietitian, sports nutritionist and author, Danielle Schupp’s reputation speaks for itself. With over 30 years’ experience practicing in New York City, she believes in creating an original program that is tailored to each client’s individual nutritional needs, lifestyle and overall health goals. A petite powerhouse, Danielle’s contagious energy and continuous success has earned her the respect and business of numerous celebrities, athletes, dancers, and professionals, many of whose careers depend on their appear- ance, health and performance. In addition, Danielle has conducted nutrition lectures to numerous Fortune 500 companies throughout her career.
Currently running her own practice in New York City and New Jersey. Previously, Dan- ielle consulted at the Reebok Sports Club/New York, New York Health & Racquet Club for 20 years. She is the author of Urban Skinny, a book that caters to her on-the-go cli- entele and offers advice on how to eat nutritiously while maintaining their urban lifestyle of work, travel, and dining.
With a passion for making healthy food delish, the creator of Smart & Skinny also has 15 years’ experience in the food industry, including catering and a special training in food service.

Summer = peaches… Here’s a new healthy breakfast I just created for my clients… packed with protein, calcium and heart ❤️ healthy fats….

Caramelized Peach Greek Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:
2 organic peaches 🍑
1 TBS brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground flax seeds

2 cups Non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup glazed pecans (chopped)
1/4 cup Kind protein granola

Makes 2 parfaits:
Nutrition facts per serving: 400 calories; 20 grams protein; 8 grams healthy fat

Directions:
1. Wipe a cast iron skillet pan with avocado oil and heat over medium flame for 5 minutes (get the pan nice and hot)
2. Halve or quarter peaches
3. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and flax
4. Dip peaches flesh side down into sugar mixture
5. Place peaches in pan and let caramelize (about 5-8 minutes)
6. Place 1 peach (both halves) in a bowl and top with yogurt, nuts and granola.
7. ENJOY!
