If aging were just about time passing, everyone would feel the same at 60. But they don’t.
Some people hike mountains well into later decades. Others struggle walking up the stairs.
Same years. Different bodies.
The difference often comes down to inputs — stress, sleep, food, toxins, unresolved emotional load — and how long the body has been managing them.
These loads are often invisible or outside of our current awareness... even though they are very much there.
When those invisible inputs stack up, inflammation becomes chronic... and chronic inflammation accelerates aging from the inside out.
🌱 Research in the field of epigenetics & aging shows that genetic factors account for roughly 20–30% of lifespan variation, with the remaining 70–80% attributed to environmental and lifestyle factors (including diet, stress, toxin exposure, infections, sleep, etc.)
So aging isn’t just about genetics.... It’s about what the body has been carrying — and whether it ever gets the chance to recover.
That starts with the awareness of what's already there—even though you may not see it yet.
