It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Dr. H. George Decancq Jr. He was a founder of Mendon Pediatrics and created a warm and friendly atmosphere for all. He was loved dearly by his patients. We share our thoughts and prayers with his family during this difficult time. Thank you for such wonderful memories, Dr. D! We will miss you dearly!

New option for booking URGENT need visits!

Mendon Pediatrics now offers the ability to book an urgent (acute sick) visit online, as soon as 3 days ahead, 24 hours a day as an addition to booking appointments for your sick child over the phone.
Urgent visits are for acute issues only. Long-standing or chronic illness visits should continue to be booked over the phone with our office staff.

You can book this type of appointment with your primary care physician (preferably) or with a covering provider, which includes our Nurse Practitioner Lacey Fox-Smith.

Please call our office as there are most often other "sick" appointments available daily if you do not see an available spot to book online for your urgent visit.

Respiratory Illness Season has arrived! Mendon Pediatrics providers want you to take the time to schedule your child's vaccine(s) to help prevent from getting the Flu, Covid, and RSV and/or to lessen the severity of illness if they do get sick. Young children are at the greatest risk for moderate to severe illness and we want to provide protection for each child we care for.

Online flu clinic scheduling is available for ages 6m+:

Important information:
• There will be no appointment reminders or virtual check in for vaccine clinics. Please write down your appointment times and follow the signs posted on the door when you arrive at clinics.

• COVID vaccines will be available during flu clinics. If you would like to be scheduled for a COVID vaccine, as well as the flu, please note in the appointment reason box when scheduling.

Note: COVID vaccines require thaw time. Vaccines will not be prepared until you arrive for your appointment, please plan for the additional time.

Since yesterday afternoon our office has been experiencing ongoing internet and phone outages related to a system issue with our service provider.
They are working on the issues, but unfortunately, they do not have a definitive timeline for full-service restoration.
