Another exciting update from my client, Kate!
"I wanted to share a quick update, and a very heartfelt thank you!
We had an incredible experience at the NSBA World Show this August. Perry and I ended up as unanimous winners in both the Hunter Under Saddle and the Equitation classes! I’ve attached the win photo, and honestly, I’m still a little in shock.

What stands out most, though, wasn’t the placings. The best moment came at the end of my Hunter Under Saddle class, trotting down the rail with a smile on my face, feeling totally at peace with how we rode. For the first time, I wasn’t focused on the outcome. I just knew I had a great ride, and that was enough. That mindset shift, trusting myself (and my horse), being present, letting go of the pressure, is something your program helped me build.

I’ve come such a long way in how I manage my mental health around showing. Instead of anxiety and second-guessing, I felt prepared and grounded. I truly believe that working with you made this kind of experience possible. So, thank you, not just for helping me become a better rider, but a more resilient and confident person, too."

I'm smiling from ear to ear over here...this is what it's all about! Connection to [and trust in] your self, your horse, and the process! Congrats Kate!

Huge congratulations to client, Karen Eisenhauer, on her 7th place finish in a big class at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show this weekend! Karen navigated some tricky mental moments [that come along with important milestones and high pressure shows] with grace and determination. What a competitor! 🌟

Client shout out! So proud of my client, Jill A, for her dedication to maintaining a solution-focused mindset and celebrating every aspect of success in her rides. While she missed getting Reserve by .5 of a point (permission to be disappointed!) she shared it was "a great week overall". Every class improved as she acknowledged the areas that needed her energy, stayed organized, and stayed committed to her focus points (allow with her hands, hug to the base, keep the pace). She even ended up in 2nd place in the Classic out of 32 horses! This pair has such a promising future! 🌟

It's testimonial Tuesday! 🌟 - "I wanted to take a moment to say thank you – truly – for everything you’ve done to support me when it comes to my anxiety around riding my mare, Nikki.

I have successfully ridden and shown for many years, but when I went from my old “steady Eddie” gelding to my big spicy young mare, I found myself second-guessing every move I made and became incredibly nervous and afraid. This in turn fed into Nikki’s anxiety, and things would escalate quickly. I was seriously contemplating retiring my saddles and sitting on the sidelines because riding was no longer enjoyable for me. Giving up has never been in my nature, so I decided to do some research into riding and mindset coaches and I’m so glad I did, because that research led me to you.

Your patience, understanding, and encouragement have made such a difference. Whether it was giving me the space to breathe, helping me work through tough moments without judgement, or most importantly, reminding me to trust myself and my horse, you helped me feel supported and capable.

I’m over the moon for my client, Lauren, who has worked so hard do build her sense of trust and connection…first and foremost with herself…but also with her wonderful horse, Ghost 👻. She took to the jumper ring this week and put all her mental and physical training to work with hard earned success! Well done and well deserved!!! 👏

There's no shortage of motivation and determination in this photo. Making a comeback after a major fall/injury is no small feat. But this dedicated rider and her team have been strategically forging ahead with a level of commitment that is noteworthy and so worth celebrating. These victories are SOOO sweet! Congrats Rachel!
