RTI has a team dedicated to the field of social services. Our leadership teams are led by Mental Health Professionals with decades of experience in the field working with persons with a mental illness, developmental disability and/or a brain injury. Our direct care staff possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a Social Service related field or a minimum of 2 years of social service professional experience. Our team members are all well trained in person centered planning. RTI employs team members who display empathy, compassion and a desire to teach. Our Story

Founded 6 years ago, RTI is a social services company that is expanding services throughout the Mpls/St. Paul Metro. Our success has allowed us to launch multiple supported apartment settings, adult foster care sites, and to expand our community services division. We provide 245D services as well as clinical services.

Our teams are led by passionate Mental Health Professionals who have varying professional experiences. RTI values internal growth for employees currently, 89% of our managers started as RTI as entry level staff. 100% of our lead mental health practitioners started in an entry level position. Our team members are all trained in person-centered planning and implementation. RTI employs team members who display empathy, compassion and a desire to learn from the persons we serve. All staff are orientated in putting the goals of the persons we serve first. We seek to hire individuals who are creative and individualistic in their approach.
