Community and relationships are also a big part of the healing modality here: there are opportunities to connect with other practice members and get to know and support eachother.

I’ve been under care since summer 2024, and it’s been an incredible ally along the journey of moving through some significant life milestones: switching careers, embracing my sexual and gender identity, thriving in relationships, and so many other things. Chronic low back pain I’d been experiencing for years has resolved. I keep coming back because as a psychotherapist who holds space for others, I need spaces to be held and cared for too. If time has yet to put a cap on the human potential for healing, growing, adapting… neither can we.

This body, your first home, is a gift.
And each day offers opportunities to learn from it, listen to it, and care for it… and to reconnect with it when we are lost.
