Love when my clients come visit. They were so sweet and brought some treats with them. I had the opportunity to be their birth doula and watch how strong a mama can be during a LONG labor. I also had the opportunity to help them out postpartum snuggling their sweet baby so they could get a few nights of sleep. Love when clients become like family❤️

I am grateful for our bodies. A woman’s body goes through so many changes during pregnancy, some of those changes are amazing! *During pregnancy a women grows a whole organ... the placenta! *The uterus can expand more than 500 times its normal size over the course of pregnancy ( then it returns to original size after birth) *joints soften to prepare for delivery *A woman’s heart increases in size to accommodate the extra blood flow.
