The dream team is expanding to keep up with the demand of (MR)!

Welcome to the team Michael Grimmett! Mike will be working directly with customers on deployments, ensuring the best experience and implementation of our AI solutions.

Mike has nearly 20 years of experience, with deep expertise in advanced imaging, protocol development, quality assurance, and MR safety in high-acuity hospital environments. He spent over 15 years at MultiCare Health System, supporting radiologists through complex protocol design, QA oversight, and trauma and stroke imaging at a primary stroke center.

A certified MR Safety Officer ( / ), Mike has led system-wide MR safety policies and department-level applications support. Most recently at Heritage Imaging, he spearheaded the deployment of SubtleHD(MR) across the organization, including setup, protocol optimization, and technologist training.

Now a Customer Success Manager at Subtle Medical, Mike brings firsthand clinical and operational experience to help imaging teams successfully adopt in MRI.

We love hearing from happy customers! By cutting scan times from 30 to 20 minutes with SubtleHD(MR), Chesapeake Medical Imaging was able to add 20 patients per day across their fleet, increasing patient access and improving operational efficiency. Sounds like a good new year's resolution to us.
