Wisconsin lawmakers have proposed new legislation that would ban most h**p-derived and THCA products — including THCA flower, vapes, and other smokables — and outlaw minor cannabinoids like Delta-8.
If passed, these rules would:
- Remove nearly all current products from shelves.
- Impose limits so low that safe, effective options disappear.
- Force small, compliant Wisconsin businesses like TerraSol to close.
We believe adults deserve the freedom to choose safe, tested cannabis products that support their health and wellness — without unnecessary restrictions.
