Federal progress is finally underway – Cannabis is beginning the move from Schedule I to Schedule III. This doesn’t change legalities overnight, but it does acknowledge that Cannabis has legitimate medical benefits and deserves to be treated differently.

TerraSol has always believed in informed wellness and thoughtful access, and moments like this highlight the impact that advocacy, education, and community support truly have.

The Testin/Kurtz H**p Bill - the only bill that actually protects h**p, safeguards small farms, and maintains fairness - needs every co-sponsor we can get.

On the other side we’ve got the three-tier, alcohol-style system pushed by Rep. Swearingen - a regulatory chokehold designed to crush small, vertically integrated h**p farms under cost, red tape, and corporate influence.

🛑 This isn’t just politics. It’s survival.
If the three-tier system passes, countless small farms, processors, and retailers will get wiped out - and the dream of a thriving Wisconsin-grown h**p industry evaporates.
