about last night ♥️ a gigantic thank you to the 75 beautiful strong resilient women who showed up for EmpowHer 2026! between you, our amazing instructors & crazy fun vendors, it was a night for the books♥️🌱 i poured a lot of love into all those baby plants & nearly cried as i read one of my favorite Donna Ashworth poems to a full gym- thank you all for sharing your light!
