Big things are happening at Thrive!

We’re excited to announce the expansion of our Eau Claire, WI office and our Eden Prairie/Minnetonka, MN office, bringing more support and expertise to our communities.

Eau Claire, WI Updates: We’ve welcomed two outstanding therapists to our Eau Claire team:

Paige Panzenhagen, M.S., LPC-IT; Paige is committed to fostering healing and growth for children, adolescents, and adults through a holistic, LGBTQ+ affirming approach. She incorporates expressive arts and somatic elements alongside traditional talk therapy to help clients find balance and resilience. Outside of therapy, Paige enjoys gardening, baking, and yoga.

Courtney Hinnekamp, M.S., LPC; Courtney brings nearly 12 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. She specializes in trauma, grief, emotional regulation, and attachment, and is a certified EMDR therapist. Her integrative, family-centered approach creates a safe space for healing and growth.

Reedsburg, WI & Virtual Services:
We’re also excited to welcome Morgan Miller, M.S., LPC, to our team, providing school-based therapy in Reedsburg, WI, and virtual services. Morgan specializes in working with children, teens, young adults, and young mothers (ages 6–40). She uses a flexible, individualized approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other modalities to address concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and perinatal mental health. Morgan is passionate about whole-person healing and collaborating with students and their care teams in the school setting.

Eden Prairie/Minnetonka, MN Updates: We’re expanding our Minnesota office and adding new services.

Dr. Autumn Dow, Psy.D., LP – Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Dow specializes in psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments for ages 6 through adulthood. She provides comprehensive evaluations and tailored recommendations for ADHD, autism, learning disorders, emotional regulation, and more. We’re excited to offer psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations in Minnetonka, MN.

Now booking evaluation appointments for October 2025.
