We had a great time at the event we co-hosted with Pinnacle Life Practice on Saturday. If you have never tried a Melt Method class, Jennifer has her schedule up for 2026. Start the new year by dedicating time for yourself-Melt uses soft rollers and balls to blend mindful meditation and breathwork techniques to help boost the body's natural healing mechanisms.
