Our Wednesday night program was a success (ok, another small issue with "sound" but I got that one figured out!!) and it was all about brain health!! As quoted by Dr. Daniel Amen (I just love his name!) "The health of your brain is much more about your actions, than your age."
For our actions, let us start fueling our brains right now with healthy foods!! Below, I am going to mention the top 10 foods that help with keeping that ORGAN (YES organ and the brain does contain some muscle!) healthy and that is by feeding it with good, wholesome, organic, Non-GMO foods.
