Utilize your insurance benefits!

Most insurance plans reset on Jan 1st and you might have chiropractic visits left on your plan. Many time, those visits do NOT roll over so be sure to schedule those visits to utilize them before the end of the year.

Most FSA/HSA accounts reset on Jan 1st as well. They can be used in massage therapy, cervical pillows, CBD, etc so make sure to utilize those benefits!
