Meet Ashley, Customer Operations Manager in our Life Sciences segment. She joined STERIS 14 years ago and says her passion lies in supporting her team and seeing them grow, knowing the work they do directly impacts our Customers’ experiences.
As a Customer Operations Manager, Ashley’s day-to-day tasks can vary. She reviews daily reports, collaborates with her team, and responds to internal and external Customers. “My job is about connecting the dots between different teams and departments. We aren’t just processing orders—we’re also problem solving and assisting internal departments,” she shared.
Every job has its challenges, and Ashley says she navigates those challenges by viewing them as opportunities for growth. “While [a situation or circumstance] may be uncomfortable at first, I know I’ll come out of it wiser and more equipped to manage the next one.”
Ashley says she’s most proud of the relationships she’s fostered with her teams, other STERIS Associates, and our Customers.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys staying active and trying new restaurants. Each year, along with her aunt and uncle, she completes a 5k race—a tradition she always looks forward to.
