Join me the month of January for Free/donation based Yoga at Illumin8 (7661 Crile Road, Unit 2, Painesville/Concord)

Tuesdays 7pm-8pm Gentle Class: Easeful stretches to rejuvenate and heal mind and body. Suitable for new and existing students!

Saturdays 10am-11am All Level: Beginners and existing students! This class will help gently build strength and increased mobility! Join us as we find balance in this slow moving meditation!
