"Do I have to stay on weight loss medication forever?"

You may not love the answer, but yes- weight loss meds such as tirzepatide and semaglutide are not a temporary fix. You may be able to decrease your dose when you reach your goal weight, but if you stop the meds entirely, the weight will come back for about 90% of people. So don't think of weight loss medication as a quick fix. It's incredibly effective, but you'll need to keep taking it.

Injecting neurotoxin in the masseter muscles is commonly done for two different reasons.
1) For patients who grind or clench their teeth, weakening the masseter muscles can improve symptoms such as TMJ pain or sensitivity of the teeth.
2) For patients with bulky masseter muscles, toxin injection can create a more slender, feminine jawline.

Lip flip:
- creates subtle fullness
- lasts 2-3 months
- can make it feel weird to drink from a straw

Lip filler:
- can create significant fullness
- lasts 6-9 months
- comes with some swelling for the first week

Some patients even combine both options, depending on their particular anatomy.

Fullness over the anterior bra roll can be caused by excess fat, axillary breast tissue, or a combination of both. Patients often have excess skin in this area as well. Treatment involves a combination of liposuction and excision of skin to create a flatter contour in sleeveless outfits and bathing suits. Most people take about a week off work, and four weeks off working out. The scars hide well in the axillary crease.
