Had the most amazing time enjoying some sunshine with my family this week.
Huge shoutout to fellow .travel who did all the heavy lifting when it came to this trip! All I said to her was I wanted family friendly and all inclusive and she found a few options that were beyond our expectations. She even arranged private transport to and from the airport and was ready to jump in when we encountered a small hiccup in our room situation.
Definitely needed some relax and unwind time after these past few years. So grateful .travel was able to take the most stressful part of planning off my shoulders.
Now back to regularly scheduled programming 🫶💪🧘‍♀️

Real evidence looks like:
 • Rigorous peer reviews
 • Findings replicated across multiple studies
 • Clear limitations
 • Context (who was studied, how, and why)
 • Systematic reviews > single studies

Science isn’t perfect, but it is self-correcting. Fear-based marketing isn’t.

🚨Update: New Name, New Logo, Same Mission🚨

Over 4 years ago, I launched Road to Wellness with a bold vision: a brick-and-mortar space where functional practitioners worked together to offer truly individualized, honest, and client-centered care. A place where people who felt let down by the system could finally feel seen, heard, and supported. No gimmicks. No fear tactics. Just real wellness for real people.

As my business grew, so did my clarity. I realized managing a full team and physical space would pull me away from what I love most—working directly with individuals to improve their health through nutrition and lifestyle.

So, I’ve decided to fully lean into what lights me up: being a highly accessible, (mostly) virtual provider with a wider reach and deeper impact.

✨With that, Road to Wellness is officially evolving into:

This new name reflects the heart of what I do: empowering clients with expert care that challenges the status quo and prioritizes YOU—not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

🎉 IT’S OFFICIAL! 🎉

As of TODAY, I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist! 💥👩‍⚕️🥗

I graduated with my Master’s in Nutrition & Dietetics on May 17th, but instead of a sigh of relief, it felt like the pressure just began.
Because truthfully? Without passing the national board exam (think: the dietitian version of the NCLEX), that degree wouldn’t mean a thing.
No pressure, right? 😅

But I DID IT. I passed. And I can finally say those three letters: RDN.

🌟 This is more than a new credential — it’s the start of an exciting new chapter. You’ll soon see a full rebrand to better reflect the services I’ll be offering moving forward — all centered around helping YOU feel your best through personalized, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle support.

💡 I’m also working on getting credentialed with insurance, which means many of you will soon be able to work with me at little to no out-of-pocket cost!

To everyone who’s cheered me on, offered support, or believed in me throughout this journey: thank you from the bottom of my heart.
