If your Valentine’s weekend looked like appetizers, dessert, a couple glasses of wine… and saying “yes” to the bread basket — good.

You enjoyed your life.

And that’s the point.

Here’s your reminder walking into this week:

You don’t need to “burn it off.”
You don’t need two-a-days.
You don’t need to skip meals today.

Not the flowers.
Not the dinner reservations.
Not the last-minute Target run.

I’m talking about the kind of love that looks like:

• Going to your workout even when it’s cold
• Drinking the water
• Booking the appointment
• Taking care of your body instead of “starting Monday”

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish.
It’s not indulgent.
It’s not extra.

It’s the foundation for how you show up for everyone else.

If your body feels like it played all four quarters… same.

Late night?
Too many wings?
“Just one more” turned into three?

No judgment here — we didn’t cheer for either team, but we did respect the commitment to snacks and couch cardio (reaching for the remote counts, right?).

Today’s goal isn’t punishment.
It’s movement, water, and getting back to feeling good.

A walk.
