Super Bowl hangover check 🫠🏈
If your body feels like it played all four quarters… same.
Late night?
Too many wings?
“Just one more” turned into three?
No judgment here — we didn’t cheer for either team, but we did respect the commitment to snacks and couch cardio (reaching for the remote counts, right?).
Today’s goal isn’t punishment.
It’s movement, water, and getting back to feeling good.
A walk.
A workout.
Or just showing up and doing something.
Mondays don’t need perfection — just a reset.
