I had the pleasure of making a new rattle today! It is amazing how quickly the use of the rattle clears your mind of over-thinking. It is an amazing tool to have to help stay present and clear energy.

A client sent a text to me last night. She was having "one of her headaches again." I was able to see her this morning. And wouldn't you know it after the session her headache was gone!

I often work with chronic issues with clients. Some are a one-and-done type of session. The problem is resolved ✔️. That happened for a client with TMJ issues from an incident she had a couple of years ago when taking the "wrong" bite into a baguette. She came in for that specific issue and one-and-done.

My point being, you need not be in pain and suffer thinking, "Well, this is my new normal." It doesn't have to be that way.
