This week has been full of events, and new job training (loving it). I can’t ever say no, so 4 events, 7 days. 3 down, 1 to go. Of course,I took zero pics of any of the cool food I made, but trust me it was cool. So here’s a pic of my current hyperfixation meal. ‘Gordon Ramsey’ eggs, on butter toasted sourdough, microplane-d aged Gouda, Creme Fraiche, chives. Bonus points for the fresh cracked pepper and I doused this in Louisiana Hot Sauce after I took a pic for the ‘gram. Butter toasting the sourdough in a pan > toaster, non negotiable.
