Pharmacists are expanding access to care by stepping beyond the pharmacy counter and into the communities they serve.
Pharmacist-led outreach programs are shown to expand access to vaccinations, preventive care, health screenings, and education, especially for patients facing barriers such as limited time, transportation challenges, or restricted access to traditional health care settings. This approach aligns with how our pharmacists and care teams support patients through specialty pharmacy, home infusion, and integrated clinical services. By meeting patients where they are, we help remove barriers, strengthen trust, and improve outcomes.
