☀️What my favorite kind of day looks like 💛

🍃I have so enjoyed the last few days of warm weather here in Seattle before we fully experience the beauty and 🌧️ of fall! I chased the sun fully and have enjoyed so many beautiful warm days, running, swimming, paddle boarding, hiking, walks, and catching sunsets. Summer is my happiest season, but it’s time to let go of the sun-chasing-mania for a bit and slowly get cozy and into hibernation mode ☕️

🍁What is your favorite season? Would love to hear why! 👇🏼

Joyful Movement

Rose is from Seattle, WA, and has been studying movement forms for the last decade. Her background includes sports, competitive dancing, teaching dance classes, and for the last few years she has worked as a corrective exercise specialist and massage therapist. She graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Exercise Science and Psychology.

With experience working in injury rehabilitation, she constantly seeks to help people with acute and chronic injuries, and in educating clients on injury prevention, teaching exercises focused on increasing strength, mobility, or stability. She is also certified in kinesiotaping and is a certified RYT 200 Multi-style Yoga teacher.

Rose offers a variety of modalities such as Swedish relaxation massage, invigorating and fast-paced sports massage, injury treatment, and myofascial techniques. Her massage style typically combines at least several of these techniques, creating an interactive experience that involves the healing properties of human movement—allowing her to work deeper, assisting in decreasing fascial adhesions, and increasing joint and muscular range of motion.

When not traveling around the world, dancing, moving, and offering massage therapy, Rose can be found outside exploring nature, reading, or caring for her assortment of green plant friends.
