We are the luckiest people! What we get to do for a “job” is hang out with the coolest people and help them get strong. We call them members, but really we’re all on the same team (see uniform post) working together on the same goal - strength and longevity. We love to see the team members each week and it’s even more fun to see how many have developed new relationships with other teammates.

Don’t be jealous if you are not on the team. We are always holding tryouts for new players in this game of optimal wellness.

The slide show of Brent’s safaris to Africa is a fan favorite when our members are doing their warm up on the vibe plate.

Since OsteoStrong sessions are less than 10 minutes, it can take people months to see all the pictures in the slide show so we are frequently asked if the photos are new!
