The Handicare 1100 is the slimmest lift on the market, giving you maximum amount of room on the stair case. This lift is equipped with four motors that drive the unit. Unlike older models that are only driven by one motor and if that one motor breaks, you're crawling on the stairs. So, in the unlikely event of one of the motors breaking down, the other three allow you to finish your travel to the end of the rail for a safe dismount. This unit requires no lubrication and minimum maintenance with it's state of the art friction force drive. While not being your standard gear driven stairlift, the lift is much quieter with a humming sound. No need to bend over at the top of the stair to lift the foot plate when unit is not in use, for all units come with a powered footplate. This unit also has the ability to be upgraded to have a power swivel seat for individuals who have lower back and leg issues, to allow safely dismount and entry onto the stairlift.

Received a call from a previous customer that their friend was having issues with a stairlift that she purchased 9 years ago. I attempted several times to resolve the issue over a two week span, and tech support was little to no help. As the issue persisted and I confirmed with her via tech supports notion that her lift has seen better days, she decided it was time for a new one. We removed the old lift and replaced it with the slimmest lift on the market the 1100 from Handicare. This friction force unit is extremely quiet with a smooth ride and does not require lubrication and minimum maintenance.

No need to bend over at the top of the stair to lift the foot plate when unit is not in use, for all units come with a powered footplate!

No need to bend over to lift up that stiff footplate out of the way. Just use the switch under the armrest to do the work for you!

Handicare Outdoor 1000 Stairlift.

Manually swivels at the top of the stairs for eazy access on and off the unit. Comes with two call remotes incase multiple individuals need to use the unit. Outdoor unit uses AC power only. Seat material comes in Slate only, has UV protection and comes with a protective cover. Price of installation, $6,070 with limited lift time warranty.
