There is still time to sign up for yoga at Willow Fork Homestead tomorrow. Drop ins are welcome!

Reminders: Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to park, get set up, and sign our safety waiver. You can bring a blanket or oversized beach towel for underneath your mat, to give you more space. Wear layers. It may be a little chilly when we first start. Cash is preferred but will accept Venmo also. Any other questions, please reach out!

Looks like Saturday morning may be a little chilly, BUT it's supposed to be sunny and bright! Wear your cozy comfy yoga clothes and bring some non-slip socks. I do have some extra yoga blankets too. It will still be a lovely class.

Some more information about the Flower Festival on August 30th and 31st. Yoga on the 30th at 9am before all of the fun begins!

I'm so excited to announce that I'll be teaching at the 3rd Annual Western PA Flower Festival at Willow Fork Homestead on August 30th at 9am. Class will be $25/person and then enjoy the festival after.

Join me for a fun and gentle-ish flow at this beautiful farm. The class will be outdoors, so bring your mat, maybe a blanket to go underneath, sunscreen, and water.
