This morning Ryan and I picked the rest of the apples from our apple tree before the frost comes tomorrow.
I wanted to share my favorite fall snack with you and a few photos from our October!
The best fall snack:
The flavor combo makes it feel like youβre eating a caramel apple.
This is a guilt-free healthy snack perfect to get you into the fall season.
I actually eat this daily
Dice up one crisp apple
Add two scoops of organic peanut butter
Top with crushed nuts (my favorite is walnuts and pecans)
Sprinkle some sugar free dark chocolate chips on top.
Add yogurt if you want a protein boost.
I eat this for breakfast, a snack at work or for deserts!
