๐ฌ Why did you go into Personal Training? "After being diagnosed with osteoporosis, I was initially afraid to exercise. I didnโt want to risk injuring my already fragile bones. But rather than live in fear, I chose to take action. I changed the course of my career and became a certified Personal Trainer. My experience with osteoporosis inspired me to help others with low bone mass feel confident, informed, and empowered. My mission is to show people they can control their bone health and build physical and mental strength through safe, effective movement."
