Here's some validation for your app choice 😊

We ran a real-world test: one week of actual meals (127 foods) or a real user, logged in four different apps, counting every tap and scroll.

The results?

MyNetDiary: 711 actions
MacroFactor: 877 (+23% more)
Cronometer: 1,003 (+41% more)
MyFitnessPal: 1,035 (+45% more)

That's not a typo—the slowest app required nearly half again as many taps to log the exact same foods.
