What is over the crest? A cliff, an observation deck, a continued path? How do you feel when you can’t see beyond a certain point? Great anticipation, fear or hesitation in continuing on the path? What would draw you forward or have you turn around?

I find this picture inspiring. The young girl is pulling a lot of weight behind her in the wagon. She seems to be peddling into a pretty substantial wind, based on her hair and the bent trees. I used this image to consider some of the things in my life that might be requiring me to 'peddle harder' while dealing with a larger than normal event/issue. What inspired me? Looking at the long road/pathway she had traveled. It's evident she had endured peddling, despite the heavy load and wind, for quite some distance. Resilience, determination, and fortitude were words that surfaced.
