🧘‍♀️ Gentle Yoga – Designed for beginners, folks who don’t consider themselves “flexible,” and anyone craving a slower, supportive movement practice. All bodies welcome.

🧼 Toxic Swaps (Spring Cleaning Edition) – Learn how to make simple, affordable, and effective non-toxic cleaners using ingredients like vinegar, essential oils, and baking soda. Take home a few blends to get your spring cleaning started the healthy way!

🌕 Full Moon Hike – A peaceful, guided hike under the full moonlight. Let’s move together, breathe in the night air, and tune into the rhythm of the season.

🫶 Community Circle – A free monthly gathering to share, reflect, and be in community. Open to all. Bring your heart and an open mind.
