Just for the Health of It

Sweat Sisters, I am rebooting "Just for the Health of It" for my 2024 wellness adventures. Starting on Monday Jan. 8th we will start a new session of Body and Soul Fitness "A God Thing" with some funtastic music and a deeper focus on strength and flexibility. Also, I am rebooting the ability to do our workouts remotely using this page.
Her Hike: Strength for the Journey is going to be a Mentors Only season. Weekly hikes will start on Tuesday, Jan. 16th. The first gathering will be at JWHS.
Please let me know if you are interested in either or both of these good madness adventures.

I am so sorry my friends, I am struggling with the technology this morning and am unable to go live. It is a wee bit chilly outside, but it is BEAUTIFUL. I am going to bundle up and go for a wog. May you choose to move in a way that starts your day right.
