Feeling amazing wow I just saw this picture (left) on my phone gallery and I just had to post it, still can’t believe I was that big, but look at me now i love the way I look and definitely the way I feel I am so happy that I decided to join Herbalife Nutrition and also became a coach so I can help others achieve their goals just like I did.

Before I discovered Herbalife Nutrition, I weight 165 pounds and was miserable. The first couple of weeks I used formula 1 Healthy meal nutrition shake mix with personalized protein powder. I began eating smaller meals and exercise, I lost 38 pounds in 8 months from size 14 to size 4 in pants and from size ###L to size small in shirts and dress. Mario before he started Herbalife Nutrition he weighed 195 pounds and has lost 20 pounds in 3 months, from size 38 in paints and xxL in shirt he is now 36 in pants and large in shirt we both feel amazing and we love the way we look.
