Diversified Physical Therapy Diversified Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy office located in Meriden, CT that specializes in pelvic health and orthopedics.

We offer a variety of programs for wellness. We focus on quality care for each individual in order to restore function. We work to return patients to their normal life through education and hands on care in order for each patient to prevent further injury. Our goal at Diversified Physical Therapy, LLC is to provide quality patient care and to promote prevention and wellness. All patients are evalu

ated and treated by a licensed physical therapist. A patient will be seen for an initial evaluation to determine the physical therapists diagnosis and a treatment plan will be made.
