Discovering Your Professional Potential
Not sure what kind of job fits you best? Our vocational assessments take the guesswork out of employment by looking at what you love and what you’re good at.
How we find your fit:
• Skill Spotting: Identifying the talents you might not even know you have.
• Interest Testing: Exploring different industries to see what sparks your interest.
• Work Environment Checks: Finding the type of workplace where you’ll feel most at home.
• Real-World Trials: Giving you a chance to try things out before committing.
A job should be more than just a way to stay busy; it should be a source of pride. We help you find a career path that respects your skills and challenges you to grow every single day.

A Plan That’s All About You
We don’t believe in "one size fits all" support. Every person has different dreams, and our person-centered planning is the first step toward making them happen.
What we look at together:
• Your Big Dreams: Where do you want to be in a year? Five years?
• Your Daily Strengths: What are you already great at doing?
• The Right Tools: What specific help will make your day easier?
• Your Comfort Zone: What environments make you feel your best?

This isn't just paperwork; it’s a conversation. We sit down with you and your family to build a roadmap that actually leads where you want to go. You’re the driver, and we’re just here with the GPS.
Let's start planning your journey. Call us at (203) 237-9975 Visit https://midstatearc.org
