We are excited to be partnering with the Alzheimer's Association and helping to initiate a Dementia Caregivers Support Group in our area, along with other interested churches and people. Thank you to Baptist Anderson for opening up their conference room for these monthly meetings.

Share this post and help us get the word out to all caregivers who might benefit from it. We look forward to our first meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Ms. Susan Jackson will be our facilitator.

Come and get it! . . . and help us serve the community by raising funds for local mission projects. Members of First Christian Church are preparing a hearty, homestyle Kentucky ham meal you won’t want to miss. The menu features savory Kentucky ham with red-eye gravy, fluffy scrambled eggs, creamy grits, homemade biscuits, sweet jellies and jams, and plenty of hot coffee.

Join them in the fellowship hall or use the drive-thru at the 63rd Annual Kentucky Ham Meal on Tuesday, February 3 (6:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.) and Wednesday, February 4 (6:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.) at 1301 23rd Ave. in Meridian. Meals are $12 each.

Breakfast, lunch, or dinner is available, with dine-in or drive-thru options. Come hungry and be part of this beloved Meridian tradition.
