I am now a Sarga Bodywork Practitioner In Training!

Sarga Bodywork is a unique barefoot massage technique where the therapist uses a fabric strap for balance and control while working with their feet. This allows for smooth, even pressure that reaches deeper layers of muscle without feeling harsh or uncomfortable.

Using slow, flowing movements, this service helps release tension, stretch the fascia, and improve overall mobility. Because the feet provide a broader surface area, clients experience deep, effective pressure in a way that feels relaxing rather than intense.

The continuous, rhythmic strokes create a calming experience while still delivering powerful therapeutic results—making it the perfect blend of deep work and relaxation.

I am currently booking appointments at a reduced rate to finish with my hands on training hours.
