#1️⃣ thing I love about my spray tan solution is it’s versatility! Every skin tone, every shade, as natural or as dark as you want it! Had to test my new gun on the nearest bodies… which happened to be my boys who have VERY different skin tones 😂. They giggled the entire time and will be showering it off shortly.

I have been feeling some serious wild child feels lately. Like let’s have a dance party, go on a vacation, take a road trip, screw serious it’s time to have some fun.... clearly the has gotten to me and I just want to break free!

At least I had some fun shooting this new AVILA release with my sister and going live talking about how much I love these clothes always gets my adrenaline pumping. I’m thankful for and the outlet it gives me to serve other women, be creative, and have a little fun. Anybody want to help me plan my next big adventure?

3 TIPS TO KICK NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS TO THE CURB! 1. Find internal motivation. Maybe it’s to be strong enough to keep up with kids, have energy, or make sure your lungs and heart are strong. Whatever it is, stop making it about how you look. 2. Pick a goal thats measurable. Whether it’s a certain amount of time or calories burned it should be something you can track, adjust, and enjoy. 3. Decide you are worth it! You are important enough to keep the promise to yourself. You are worth the time it will take. You are worthy of the most amazing life you can live.

Transformation Tuesday 😱. Get this... there’s only a 5lb difference between these two photos! I wish pictures could show the internal growth as well because then you’d be really shocked! So throw out your scale and pick up some weights... but more importantly... invest in yourself. Therapy, yoga, meditation, prayer, social time, nutrition, date nights, and a lot of self discovery are the real heroes here.
