Laughed, vibed, and spoke straight from the heart. 🫶🏾

Hearing this invitation go out across Meridian made it real and feel special in a whole new way. 🥰

It airs multiple times a day this week, across 97OKK [country],101.3 Q101 {Todays mix} and 95.1 The beat [rap/ r&b], and I’m so proud of us!

This experience was created because too many women are disconnected from their bodies and carrying everything alone inside them.

Romance Yourself is a guided ritual experience for women to slow down, reconnect, and actually show their bodies love through scent, touch, nourishment, and care, together.
