Solaris Clinical Research, LLC Our mission at Solaris Clinical Research is to provide quality clinical research services for phase II, III & phase IV clinical trials.

Solaris Clinical Research (SCR) is a 2,800 square foot clinical research facility located in Meridian, Idaho. We are located approximately 13 miles or 20 minutes from the Boise Airport. SCR is equipped with 6 exam rooms and a CLIA certified laboratory facility. The following equipment is on site:
**Double-locked -30 Feezer and refrigerators dedicated to clinical studies
**ECG machine
**Emergency medical equipment including crash cart and defibrillator
**Temperature conrolled and 24 hour monitored storage room with Double -Locked cabinets for study records,investigation medications and products
**Wireless internet throughout office

Principal Investigator:
David J. Butuk, MD
Dr. Butuk has been practicing family medicine for over 16 years. He has been involved in clinical research for the past 4 years and prides himself and his staff on ensuring patient safety, good clinical reporting and completing quality clinical studies. Sub-Investigators:

ACRP certified and trained
IATA certified for handling and shipment of hazardous materials
NIH "Protecting Human Research Participants" certified
Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) for Responsible Conduct of Research in Biomedicine training

Electronic Data Capture systems include InForm, Medidata Rave and RDC Oracle

IVRS/IWRS training and access

Monthly in-house training for all staff

Weekly meetings for all current clinical trials; protocol reviews and updates
