Where there is grief, there’s love. Changes in life can also bring up grief. Sometimes grief is so subtly sprinkled into the weaves of life and can easily be blocked by other feelings such as anger or denial. One of the greatest gifts is having a safe person and a safe space to explore and feel grief. Counseling can help. 💙

🎉 Celebrating 9 Years in Private Practice! 🎉

Today marks 9 incredible years of growth, learning, and healing in private practice. As I reflect on this journey, I’m filled with deep gratitude for every client who has trusted me with their story. Your courage to show up, do the work, and believe in the process continues to inspire me every single day. 💙

I also want to extend heartfelt thanks to the other providers, colleagues, and community members who have offered collaboration, referrals, and support along the way. It truly takes a village to nurture healing and transformation—and I’m grateful to be part of such a compassionate and dedicated community.
