Every Tuesday in March, Meadow Lake Village is highlighting inspiring and insightful women in our community! Tomorrow we are delighted to have Nia Mostacero share her story with us. A 22-year military veteran and 2024 Miss Idaho candidate, Nia fights for early detection, treatment and a cure of dementias so future generations have the opportunity to thrive and live dementia-free lives. It has been her life’s purpose since being diagnosed in 2017 at the age of 42. You won't want to miss this special presentation!

Last night, Touchmark was transformed into a gallery of creativity as we hosted our 6th annual Art on the Mezzanine. Residents proudly showcased their beautiful artwork while guests from the community joined us to admire the talent on display. With the gentle music of a harpist in the background, along with wine and delicious hors d’oeuvres, the evening felt truly special. Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a wonderful celebration of art and community.

There was something extra sweet happening in Memory Care yesterday!

Our amazing Housekeeping Director Gloria and Business Office Manager Kristy rolled up their sleeves and made fresh homemade dessert empanadas just for our residents! The smell alone had everyone smiling and the first bite sealed the deal.

It’s moments like these that make our community so special. When team members go beyond their roles to create joy, comfort, and a little taste of home, it truly means everything.

Thank you, Gloria and Kristy, for filling not only our kitchen but also our hearts!!

While the snowflakes were piling up outside, our residents were heating things up indoors with a friendly game of co****le! There’s just something extra cozy about playing, laughing, and cheering each other on while winter does its thing outside the windows.

Mardi Gras Magic at Touchmark!

Our halls were filled with beads, bright colors, music, and so much joy during our Mardi Gras parade! From festive floats to big smiles (and maybe a little friendly bit of competition 😉), the energy was absolutely contagious.

There’s something special about celebrating together, laughter echoing down the corridors, residents waving and cheering, and our team bringing the spirit of the French Quarter right here to Touchmark.
