Today is the day that Thrive pediatrics is live on MyChart 🙌🏻

💙A few important things …

+ Parents and guardians can create an account through the QR code. (screenshot the second slide, open in photos, click, and hold to go to link)

+ Access to the old patient portal will still be available to message your provider. Athena portal access will be available until we can fully transition to MyChart.

+ Thrive Pediatrics is on MyChart through St. Luke’s Community Connect. We are not owned by St. Luke’s- still independent!

+ To connect your child to your account, you will need an access code either through a visit to Thrive Pediatrics or by requesting an access code. Request by calling or texting our front desk.

+ We are learning the system and we will do our very best, but there may be some delays on the phones or in clinic through this transition! 🙏🏻

Our staff will be learning the new system in a “soft opening” this week. For this training, North Meridian will close Tuesday, Jan. 13th at 1 pm and South Meridian will close Thursday, Jan. 15th at 1 pm.
On the day of early closure, the alternate clinic will be open for regular business hours.
We are doing our best to make this seamless, but it may impact wait times on phones as we practice and use both systems to document and schedule calls. Thank you for your patience during this transition time!

We are excited to announce that Thrive Pediatrics will be moving to Epic’s MyChart system on Jan. 20th! We know this move will give families better access to care and communication. We’ll be share tips and ideas in the next week, so watch for information here and on your email if you are a Thrive family.
